Kate has given up on love—at least for herself. She is both blessed and cursed with the ability to sense a romantic connection between two people—a gift that her family passed down for generations. When Kate launches her own matchmaking company, Kinnection, with her two best friends in a cozy New York town, she has to put aside her own romantic disasters to make her business a success.

But when a furious man stalks into her office and accuses her business of being a scam, Kate is given the ultimate challenge to prove herself. Slade puts himself in her hands and asks Kate to find him love. Enraged at his arrogance but stubbornly eager to prove herself, Kate agrees, dedicating herself to the journey of finding him love... only to find herself falling for him along the way.

Luckily, I found this book at our local bargain bookstore (I love you Booksale! Haha!) and bought it immediately. I've heard nothing but great things about Jennifer Probst's novels and I'm glad to say I really like this book. Kate Seymour can sense if there's a love connection between two people. It's her gift which benefited as one of the owners of a matchmaking agency called Kinnections. For years, she's been an expert on matchmaking and as for her love life, she's still searching for her

ARC courtesy of Edelweiss and Gallery BooksI don't know why people shelved this as a NA since it's so not. First of all the characters are 33 and 30, 2nd there is no discovering yourself crap and angst...Review will go up on my blog on the 24th

3 stars This story is a little bit of a mess. There's Kate, who is the owner of a matchmaking agency. She has a paranormal thing going on and can "feel" it when to people are meant to be. Our H is Slade, a divorced divorce lawyer who is cynical and does not believe in love. This could have been an interesting setting, but unfortunately it is not. There are some things that make the story a little weird: 1. Slade is a divorced guy who lives the life of constant hook-ups and pretty girls. Kate, on

2 - Oh so average stars...The storyline and characters have potential in this series, but unfortunately I found Searching for Someday to be pretty standard. Lots of the usual tropes have been thrown in for good measure, all of which I am starting to find a bit mind numbing now. I didn't particularly connect with either the H/h, Kate (view spoiler)[ Another 20 something virgin! (hide spoiler)] even with her 'magical' touch and quirkiness was all very grey and lacking colour for me. Slade had

DNF at 2%."The waitress glided over and placed the check discreetly in the middle of the table. Kate held her breath, knowing this was the ultimate test. A man who paid for dinner on the first date had values. It was a make-or-break moment."Yeah, this book isn't going to work for me. Look, the passage didn't send me into a Hulk rage. When I was dating, the men offered to pay on the first date, and it didn't bother me. But I always offered to pay for myself, too. And if my date accepted, it would

**I was provided a free copy of this title for an honest review. Sweet romance read Searching for Someday by Jennifer Probst was a light, enjoyable read. This is the first book in the Love Spells Series. For anyone who has read Probst's series called Marriage to a Billionaire you will find this series is very similar. I am a fan of that series so when I saw an opportunity to get an ARC of this title I was so excited. The writing style and storytelling was very similar to the Marriage of a
